Steven Bunin (Colin) began acting and singing when he was four at John Harms Center for the Performing Arts. He has enjoyed acting at a variety of theatres throughout New Jersey including St. Anne Stages, Smiling Rhino Theatre Company, Corpus Christi Community Theatre, Stage Presence and the Cranford Dramatic Club. Steven plays piano and guitar. He has performed as a member of the New Jersey Shakespeare Festival’s Junior Corps. Steven was selected to be part of Paper Mill Playhouse’s Summer Conservatory and performed in Papermill’s “New Voices” Concert. Past roles include Oliver (Oliver!), Edmund (Narnia), Gavroche (Les Miserables), Tom (Schoolhouse Rock Live!), Coroner and Lollypop Guild (Wizard of Oz), Son and Villager (Fiddler on the Roof), Narrator (Beowulf), Grumpy (Snow White) and the Mad Hatter (Alice in Wonderland). Steven would like to thank Maurice for allowing him to play this complex and confused character. He is very grateful to his wonderful vocal coach Regan McKenzie. Above all, he wants to thank his family – Mom, Dad and Harry the Wonder Dog – for their love and support.
